Shipping Information

Delivery of all parcels is via Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you order includes multiple items you may not receive them all at the same time. Delievery may be across two or more seperate parcels.

If you have not received all items form your order within the 10 day working period, please contact Shop and Save Tours for assistance on (02) 9679 2992.

Returns Policy

Shop and Save will provide an exchange of goods, Shop and Save store credit or a refund of the purchase price of the goods where the item in question:

  • has a serious fault that you did not know about at the time of purchase
  • does not do the job that you were led to believe it would do
  • do not match the illustration or description that you were shown

Shop and Save will exchange goods or provide Shop and Save store credit for the following circumstances:

  • colour or sizing of the item is delivered as ordered, but not appropriate when item is examined by the customer. In this instance, the customer will pay for return postage costs as well as potage costs for the replacement item.

Shop and Save will not refund or exchange under circumstances where:

  • you change your mind about your purchase. This includes a situation where you have found it cheaper somewhere else, have bought a gift that is unsuitable, or your circumstances have changed and you no longer require the goods
  • you are unable to prove that the item was purchased through the Shop and Save website
  • you are responsible for damaging the goods after purchase though misuse or not following instruction

In all cases where an item needs to be returned,  the customer must contact Shop and Save within one month of purchase.

Online Store Fundraising Policy

Fundraising groups must register with Shop and Save to enable their group members to contribute to the fundraising. Information on how to do this can be located in the section "Online Store Fundraising". Fundraising groups are responsible for having the necessary authority to do so, if required. It is the groups responsibilty to find out if such an authority is necessary for their type of group.

In the case where a customer nominates to donate to a group who is not registered with us, Shop and Save will make every effort to contact that group to encourage them to register. If necessary, we will attempt to contact the purchasing customer to locate this information. If the group has failed to register within one month of the purchase, the fundraising amount will be forfeited.

Fundraising amounts will be posted quarterly in the form of cheque to the address provided at registration. Cheques will be made out to the group name only. We are unable to make cheques out to personal names.
